Over five years of operation, Success Business School has focused on training methodologies grounded in the philosophy of “liberating education”, empowering learners to achieve immediate transformation, sustain long-term change, and create breakthroughs in both business and life.
Founded in June 2018 by Dr. Tô Nhật, Success Business School announced that after five years of operation, it has trained more than 40,000 business owners and managers, over 10,000 women, and hundreds of children. Success Business School aims to help businesses achieve sales breakthroughs and sustainable growth; support couples in building harmony and happiness; and enable more children to unlock their inner potential.
To achieve this, Success Business School places strong emphasis on the value that leading trainers and experts from Vietnam and around the world bring to learners in their respective fields of expertise. At the same time, these professionals are deeply committed to education and human development, and are trained in methodologies based on the philosophy of “liberating education” to help learners achieve immediate transformation, sustain long-term change, create breakthroughs in business, and enhance the quality of family relationships and happiness.
Success Business School has organized hundreds of events each year, most notably the “Success Business Forum – Success Business Summit” series, which attracts a large number of business owners and business executives at every event. This is a special program series for business leaders and entrepreneurs in Vietnam, providing a platform to share perspectives on business outlooks, opportunities, challenges, and future directions for sustainable business development. The events feature leading experts and speakers from Vietnam and around the world, including the “Sales King” Blair Singer, Dr. Tô Nhật, Sebastien Leblond – a world-leading NLP trainer – and many others.
Like many other businesses, Success Business School also experienced a period of “freezing” during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Dr. Tô Nhật observed: “The world has witnessed the systematic collapse of many well-known names, partly due to the rigid management and business operating mindsets of corporate leaders and their limited ability to adapt to changing circumstances.”
Based on this perspective, the Board of Directors of Success Business School responded flexibly, developing agile growth strategies aligned with the actual situation and shifting from a “passive” to a “proactive” position. Success Business School adapted its programs into online formats to suit the period of social distancing. As a result, its plans were able to maintain stability. This was the right strategy for Success Business School and also one of the important lessons it seeks to convey to its learners: “Continuous improvement is essential for adaptation and sustainable growth.”
In addition, Dr. Tô Nhật and Success Business School have consistently focused on fostering discipline among learners.
Dr. Tô Nhật believes: “Discipline is the key to success and happiness. Success is the sum of small efforts accumulated over time. When you set a plan for yourself every day and commit to the discipline required to achieve that goal, there is no reason why you cannot reach success.”
