“Platinum BizKingdom Club Aims to Develop a Generation of Entrepreneurs Who Are Both Prosperous and Happy”

(Dân trí) – According to entrepreneur Dr. Tô Nhật, his aspiration in building the Platinum BizKingdom Club is to train and inspire business owners to succeed in the marketplace while also enjoying happy family lives.
According to entrepreneur Dr. Tô Nhật, Founder of the Platinum BizKingdom Club, his aspiration in building the club is to train, advise, and inspire business owners to become not only successful in the marketplace but also happy in their family lives.

As the Founder of Platinum BizKingdom Club, could you briefly introduce the club and explain why you decided to establish it?
This club was established three years ago by Success Business School and myself. At that time, we had already delivered lessons to thousands of business owners across the country and realized there was a need for a club that could bring together people who share the same direction, possess strong aspirations and determination, and desire to build sustainable and enduring business careers.
What makes the club distinctive is that its members must be people who not only want to build successful and prosperous businesses, but also wish to lead happy lives. My role is to serve as their direct advisor, helping them develop their businesses faster, more systematically, and more sustainably, while shortening the path toward their aspirations. By joining the club, members can also connect through Platinum Dinner sessions with special guests—entrepreneurs who manage businesses worth trillions of Vietnamese dong, who started from trades, professional expertise, small family businesses, or small-scale commerce just as they did, but who have now become highly successful, well-known, and happy in their family lives.

By participating in the club, business owners also have the opportunity to meet and connect with fellow members who share the same dreams and ambitions. They can learn from one another’s experiences and support each other. I believe that two separate swords cannot become as sharp as two swords that are rubbed and sharpened against one another.
I hope that one day, the people in this club will become role models, advisors, and trainers who can multiply similar businesses throughout society. Of course, that is a long-term aspiration. In the immediate future, this is a place for those with great ambitions and aspirations to turn their dream of both prosperity and happiness in their personal lives into reality.
When speaking about entrepreneurs, society often evaluates them based on business success, while rarely placing equal importance on happiness. Why do you emphasize happiness, especially family happiness, for this group?
I am a business owner myself. When I first entered business, I only thought about making money, hoping to escape poverty. But once I had money, I began asking myself: “Is that truly the final destination of human happiness?” I have seen many people around me become extremely wealthy, yet they were not happy despite having a great deal of money. Happiness in one’s personal life is a universal pursuit, regardless of whether one is wealthy or poor. So why are many entrepreneurs successful in the marketplace, able to provide prosperous and fulfilling lives for hundreds or thousands of employees, yet unable to achieve happiness for themselves?
During my entrepreneurial journey, I found a formula that helped me attain happiness for myself and my family. From there, I wanted to share this experience and change the perspectives and assumptions held by some entrepreneurs. In reality, many people believe that it is impossible to be successful in business while also having a happy family because business is demanding and leaves no time for one’s family, wife, or husband. That belief is completely wrong. “Sow a belief, reap an action; sow an action, reap a character; sow a character, reap a destiny.” Therefore, belief is decisive. I feel a responsibility to share my experiences to help business owners achieve wealth and prosperity while also enjoying family happiness.

This has been demonstrated by my own family and by the families of club members. Many couples faced serious conflicts, and some appeared to be on the verge of divorce. Yet today, they have become happier than ever, returning to the days of harmony and mutual support. To me, these are the most priceless things in life—things that money cannot buy. They help each person create a new life, one that is materially and spiritually fulfilling, allowing them to pursue their business ambitions while preserving their personal happiness.
For example, Mr. Trần Quang Huấn, Chairman of Chính Nam Holdings, a multi-sector company in Đồng Nai, wanted to expand his business nationally. However, his wife, Ms. Tưởng, preferred to keep the company small so that her husband would not have to work so hard. Because each person wanted to move in a different direction, the company’s growth was limited. However, after joining the club and participating in my training and advisory programs, Ms. Tưởng came to understand her husband’s dream and fully supported him. Mr. Huấn seemed to grow wings, allowing him to develop his ambition and strengths. As the proverb says, “When husband and wife are united, even the Eastern Sea can be drained.”
During a coaching program for Mr. Nguyễn Văn Quân and Ms. Bùi Diệu Thu, the two founders of the CCHAT fashion brand, Mr. Quân cried and said in front of the class: “This is the second happiest moment of my life. The first was marrying my wife; the second is having Dr. Tô Nhật awaken the extraordinary person within my wife.” Today, they are growing together and finding happiness in having each other beside them on their path toward happiness.

How is the Platinum BizKingdom Club that you founded different from other entrepreneur associations or business clubs?
As a business owner, I have also joined many entrepreneur clubs and associations. In most cases, participation in those clubs and associations helps members find opportunities to collaborate with partners and enjoy social interaction. However, Platinum BizKingdom Club has several very distinct differences.
First, 100% of businesses joining this club are selected very carefully. They must be business owners with great aspirations and ambitions—people who want to build an enterprise not only for themselves but also for society, potentially expanding to conquer international markets. They must already have businesses valued from tens to hundreds of billions of Vietnamese dong, or even several trillions, and be on the journey toward achieving greater goals.
Members of the Platinum BizKingdom entrepreneur club must also be generous people who are willing to give. Many participants have told me that they have never seen a place where senior members are so willing to share, even more openly than relatives, passing on lessons they had to pay a high price to learn, with the hope that others will not make the same mistakes and can grow together.
Second, each year, the club organizes six Platinum Dinner gatherings, where members meet major and highly successful business owners in person and hear practical business stories firsthand. These guests are entrepreneurs who started from nothing, family businesses, or professional trades, but who are now successful business owners with assets worth trillions of Vietnamese dong. They are willing to share hard-earned lessons, business insights, and valuable advice.

What benefits do business owners receive when joining the Platinum BizKingdom Club?
During my teaching journey, I realized that many entrepreneurs want private advice from me for their businesses on strategic matters, business models, restructuring management systems, systemizing processes, or resolving obstacles that arise during operations. Many of them come from professional trades, specialized expertise, or family businesses, so they may not yet know how to approach these issues. At the same time, opportunities to meet and learn directly from trillion-dong business owners are almost impossible because they lack those connections.
I believe that “If you want to climb Mount Everest, do not ask the people at the foot of the mountain. Do not ask people who have never reached the summit; ask those who have already made it there.” Therefore, if entrepreneurs truly want to build trillion-dong business empires and become national or international enterprises, they must learn from people who have already reached that level. This is the shortest path, and it is one of the key benefits members receive by joining this club.
Members receive one-to-one advisory sessions with me. I immerse myself in the role of the learner’s business owner in order to conduct a “business health check”, assessing the company’s strengths and weaknesses. Drawing on my experience building AMACCAO, together with the instincts of an entrepreneur and decades of experience, I can help them solve their business challenges quickly and accurately. This can be considered a distinctive hallmark of Platinum BizKingdom.

These entrepreneurs can also directly attend all courses delivered by entrepreneur Dr. Tô Nhật, helping them gain the foundational principles required to build sustainable businesses. Through the long process of building a multi-sector group, I have accumulated enough experience to pass on the most important principles and practices, helping them overcome obstacles and create management models that are structured, practical, simple, and easy to apply.
This club is a place where people who share the same ideals can meet. Members also create opportunities for each other to buy shares, contribute capital, and develop ecosystems using available funds.
Jim Rohn once said, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” Therefore, when members enter an environment of successful entrepreneurs, they can develop positive beliefs, strong determination, and aspirations that they may not yet have awakened within themselves. Members influence one another, just as the Vietnamese saying goes: choose your friends wisely and choose the right places to be. This is such a place.
In your view, what are the most valuable hallmark activities that the club offers its members?

There are three hallmark activities for club members:
First, each year, every member receives six private advisory sessions with entrepreneur Dr. Tô Nhật, each lasting two hours. I use the insights I have gathered from nearly 30 years of building and developing AMACCAO to visit members’ businesses directly, assess what is working well, identify weaknesses, and determine what must be changed within their systems. I personally advise on important matters such as business strategy, management models, sales systems, marketing, human resources, and leadership direction.
In practice, current Platinum BizKingdom members have recognized the immediate value of this advisory program. They have improved relationships with their teams and families, reorganized people and human resource structures within their companies, and many members have achieved sales breakthroughs of two, three, or even dozens of times within one to two years of joining the club.
Second, the club organizes Platinum Dinner events, where a special guest is invited: an exceptionally successful entrepreneur who started from nothing and represents the kind of journey that current or former members may relate to, but who has now become an industry leader, among the top 10 businesses nationwide, a billionaire entrepreneur, or an influential figure such as the Chairman of Việt Nhật Plastics, Shark Việt, Shark Phú, Shark Liên, Mr. Nguyễn Minh Tú, Chief Executive Officer of Stavian Group, or Mr. Tô Như Toàn, Chairman of Văn Phú Group. Members receive not only practical lessons but also opportunities to connect, relieve pressure, and enjoy time together.
Third, Success Business School organizes visits for members to explore the businesses of fellow club members. These trips are carefully planned and detailed, featuring stories of success journeys, business lessons, inspirational sharing, and opportunities for in-depth collaboration.

Platinum BizKingdom Club currently has more than 70 members. What are its short-term and long-term development goals?
I know that many entrepreneurs and business owners outside the club want to join. However, if they are not aligned with the club’s value system, mission, and vision, they cannot become members. I am also very busy, so I will limit the club to 99 active members. These 99 places include existing members who renew their membership; only when they do not renew will spaces become available for new members.
For me, that is enough. I prefer a smaller but high-quality community, so that I can dedicate time to members and help them feel like family whenever they come here, regardless of which region of the country they come from—close, connected, and never distant.

Is there any contradiction between wanting to train many capable entrepreneurs and limiting the number of members in this elite club?
My initial aspiration was to create examples and inspirational stories, helping members become people who not only achieve success for themselves but also return to their local communities to serve as advisors and trainers.
I do not wish to develop broadly. Instead, I want to develop deeply, turning this club into a value system that every entrepreneur aspires to attain. Once members have absolute belief in it and become examples themselves, they have a responsibility to give back and spread those values.
I have also declined many people who wanted to join Platinum BizKingdom Club. During interviews, I sometimes realized that I would not be able to offer meaningful support to them, so we did not accept them as club members. For example, they may not yet be the true leaders of their companies, or their business values may not align with the advice I provide. One of Success Business School’s core principles is to give more value than we receive. Therefore, when I believe that my support cannot create significant value for someone, I choose to decline.

Could you share some examples of successful businesses that have joined the Platinum BizKingdom Club in recent years?
I can share several examples. Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Hùng and Ms. Lê Mi, owners of Hùng Việt Grilled Sausage Company, increased their company’s sales by more than five times within only two years of joining the club. From a small production workshop with 30 employees, the business now has large central warehouses in both the North and South, has built a modern factory, employs more than 100 people, and has established a brand with nationwide presence.
Mr. Trần Quang Huấn, Chairman of Chính Nam Holdings, had spent 10 years developing his business in Đồng Nai with 60 employees. After nearly two years in the club, and through participating in courses and club activities with his wife, the couple and their senior leadership team became more aligned and stronger. From one company, Chính Nam expanded and developed into Chính Nam Holdings with three member companies, a workforce of 120 employees, and revenue growth of more than 70% in 2022.
Mr. Nguyễn Đình Hùng, Chairman of Hòa Bình High Technology Company, the largest waste treatment company in Northern Vietnam, received advice on human resource management through a performance-based contracting approach. As a result, the company increased labor productivity at its waste treatment plant by 300%. Its workforce grew from approximately 600 employees to nearly 1,000, while sales also increased significantly. Recognizing the high value of learning from Success Business School, Mr. Hùng required all senior and middle managers in his company to attend the school’s management and leadership programs.

Ms. Thu Trang and Mr. Khắc Tiệp, owners of the Cát Tiên Winter Melon Tea brand, faced many conflicts in business development due to their differences when they first joined the club. However, after approximately six months of attending courses and receiving advisory support, they became much happier, worked alongside each other, and created many positive changes in their business development. There are many other success stories that I cannot fully share here.
How do you balance life and work while taking on so many roles at once: business leader, teacher, and club leader?
In the past, I was also someone who lacked balance. I was extremely work-driven and passionate about business, sometimes travelling for work three weeks out of every month. At that time, I had just married and my child was still young. One day, my wife experienced significant stress. Like many other couples, we went through a period of silence and conflict, and she even cried because of family pressure.
One day, I learned an important lesson from a great mentor, Blair Singer. He shared a personal story about his child that awakened me. I saw myself in that story and asked: “As a father, have I truly fulfilled my responsibilities? As a husband, have I truly been the right husband?” In business, I was no longer concerned about basic financial survival; I was focused on serving society and customers. But what about my wife and child? I had to take responsibility for myself and my family as well.

When I joined AMACCAO, it was only a family company with 40 employees and revenue below VND 100 billion. At that time, my older brother worked from early morning until late at night, with very little time for himself. I thought: if he became ill, who would take care of the company? Who would look after the employees? How could the business continue to grow? This had happened in Japan, where tens of thousands of businesses went bankrupt not because they were unprofitable, but because the original owner left and the business could not find a next generation of leaders. That was not the path I wanted to follow.
Therefore, I believed that I needed smarter ways to ensure work continued and objectives were achieved, regardless of whether I was personally involved in day-to-day management. From there, we began training and empowering employees, building the brand, and creating a systematic and scientific management system—one that could develop people who might even perform better and work more intelligently than I could, allowing the company to become sustainable and independent of its owner. This is the philosophy that helped us build AMACCAO. It is also why, despite being a business owner, I still have time for myself and my family to maintain balance in life. This is the philosophy pursued by Platinum BizKingdom Club: “Business owners can have both prosperity and happiness.”
