Helping Children Move Forward with Confidence Through Success Business School’s Super Teen Summer Camp

(Dân trí) – “Super Teen Summer Camp – Outstanding Teen Summer Camp” is a program specially designed by Success Business School for children aged 10 to 18, featuring four learning and experiential sessions with Sebastien Leblond, a world-leading NLP speaker and trainer.
The teenage years, from ages 10 to 18, are among the most complex stages of life in terms of physical, emotional, and psychological development. Physical changes are accompanied by hormonal and psychological shifts as children transition from childhood to adolescence, shaping important aspects of their individual character.
This is also the period when young people build lasting social connections and establish important personal perceptions such as self-esteem, confidence, or insecurity. They may feel ready to try everything but may not easily accept the consequences, strongly desire to affirm their individuality, yet can also experience emotional crises due to seemingly small external influences.
During this period, children also go through important milestones in education, future careers, and relationships. Therefore, this stage can be challenging for both children and their families.
As an organization with many years of experience in training, education, and consulting for entrepreneurs, women, and children, Success Business School has observed that many Vietnamese teenagers face a range of challenges. These include declining academic performance, a lack of motivation and confidence, and resistant or defiant behavior. Many young people in this age group lack personal responsibility, self-discipline in learning and daily life, and essential life skills. They may increasingly form virtual connections through social media and gaming while neglecting communication with family members, or even becoming oppositional toward their families.
“We have witnessed many cases in which young people become involved in harmful behaviors such as substance misuse, smoking, gaming addiction, or serious legal violations. More painfully, when trying to cope with psychological pressure, some young people may have harmful thoughts, leaving parents with deep pain and regret,” a representative of Success Business School shared.
To provide a comprehensive solution for strengthening confidence, responsibility, self-management, and independence; building goal-setting ability; overcoming limiting beliefs; and nurturing healthy relationships with friends and family, Success Business School designed a dedicated program called “Super Teen Summer Camp – Outstanding Teen Summer Camp” for learners aged 10 to 18.
The program includes four learning sessions in a camp-based format, led by Sebastien Leblond, a world-leading speaker and trainer in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). It provides children with a space to “learn through play”, offering not only new knowledge and self-leadership skills but also joy and memorable experiences.
Young learners will have the opportunity to take part in distinctive experiences, including lessons on creating vision boards and dreams, identifying their Wheel of Life, and using tools to plan and organize activities through short-term schedules.
At the end of the program, parents will have the opportunity to hear their children present their dreams and goals, while strengthening emotional connection through messages shared by the children.
Many learners who have participated in the program have affirmed its value as a stepping stone that helps them make increasingly positive changes in themselves.
Bảo Anh, a participant in the “Super Teen Summer Camp – Outstanding Teen Summer Camp 2022”, shared that after just four sessions, she felt happier and more energetic. Every day after returning from class, she told her mother about the knowledge she had gained and eagerly looked forward to the next session.
Bảo Anh shared: “I feel that I have changed significantly. I am more confident, understand myself better, and have learned many valuable lessons from the trainer’s experiences. I can also set my own goals and work toward achieving them.”
“One of the lessons my child enjoyed most, and one that I found particularly meaningful, was the ‘Wheel of Life’ and goal-setting. It helped my child evaluate her own life, understand what she currently has, identify what she needs to work toward, and establish her own goals. When I attended the children’s sharing session, I saw that they had become more mature, more confident, and full of joy and energy. I was very satisfied with my child’s state of mind. I hope these experiences will motivate her to do even better in what she is pursuing and achieve her dreams,” shared the parent of Mai Lâm.
As the mother of a daughter in lower secondary school, a stage marked by significant emotional and psychological changes, Ms. Lê Thị Hằng, parent of Nguyễn Lê Nga, aged 13 and a student at Marie Curie School in Hanoi, understands that she needs to maintain meaningful connections with her daughter throughout her journey of growing up.
“Through Success Business School’s programs, I learned about the Super Teen Summer Camp – Outstanding Teen Summer Camp, which could help my daughter and me understand each other better, so I enrolled her. Last night, my husband was deeply moved when our daughter said, ‘I love and appreciate you, Dad.’
Today, we were even more moved when our daughter, who is usually shy, had the courage to stand up and share her opinions in front of everyone. That was a breakthrough. The 2023 “Super Teen Summer Camp – Outstanding Teen Summer Camp” will continue to welcome learners from 2 to 5 July. With the familiar participation of speaker and trainer Sebastien Leblond, the program is expected to help more Vietnamese children move forward with confidence as they pursue their academic and life goals, while creating joy and happy memories during a memorable summer.
