Ms. Vũ Thu Trang and her husband, Nguyễn Việt Tiệp, are the two most senior leaders of Trang An Phát Trading, Manufacturing and General Services Co., Ltd., a company specializing in the production of Cát Tiên winter melon tea. After nearly 20 years of love and married life, the childhood sweethearts had at one point lost connection and lived separately for nearly a year due to the pressures of balancing work and family.

While Ms. Trang was highly work-driven and admitted that she could not escape the demands of work because the system would encounter problems whenever she left the company, Mr. Tiệp was struggling with health issues and unhealthy habits.
